As being an environmentally friendly company Plasten, our priority is Occupational Health and safety.

In this context we undertake to:

  • Provide our workers and partners adopting to and raising awareness of HSE and Environment applications as a lifestyle,
  • Determine and avoid risks for Occupational Health and Safety and Environment,
  • Minimize or zero out- if possible- the work accidents, occupational diseases and environmental accidents,
  • Provide sufficient resources and organization for improving the system continuously and taking the health and safety measures,
  • Help HSE and Environment performance to develop continuously and be sustainable together with all partners,
  • Arrange our work place, make effort for leading our workers a happy life with their families by creating a safe and healthy work environment,
  • Provide all kinds of training and support for health, welfare and improvement of our human resources,
  • Create working conditions, suitable for the ergonomic, physiologic and psychologic characteristics, for the personnel by providing the PPE depending on the scope of the work and safety of the equipment,
  • Operate in accordance with the current national and international legislations in force and legal liabilities,
  • Prevent environmental pollution and accept to develop in this direction as a social duty with the belief that we will bequeath the environment we live in to our children,
  • Minimize the use of resources by taking the consumption of natural resources under control,
  • Minimize the use of chemicals and select the chemical most suitable for the environment and human health,
  • Minimize the impacts of the emergency cases by getting ready for the emergency situations,
  • Reduce waste generation, support recycling and recovery,
  • Reduce and take under control the environmental impacts of our products and services through the lifecycle approach
  • Support efficiency and continuous improvement of HSE (ISO 45001) and Environmental Quality Systems (ISO 14001) by fulfilling their requirements.
